Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara s Luxury PG – Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are established for the comfort and safety of all residents. By staying at our PG, you agree to comply with the following:

• Closing Time The main gate closes at 10:30 PM daily.
• Washing Machine Usage Available for use until 10:30 PM daily.
• Noise Control Loud music and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
• Water & Electricity Usage Use resources wisely to avoid wastage.
• Sanitary Pad Disposal Do not flush sanitary pads; use the dustbin provided.
• Room Maintenance Residents must keep rooms clean; regular inspections will be conducted. Damages will incur charges.
• Visitor PolicyNo visitors, including delivery personnel, are allowed inside the stay premises.
• Prohibited Items Use of induction stoves, hot plates, and cooking appliances inside rooms is forbidden.
• Payment Terms Rent is due by the 5th of every month. Late payment attracts Rs.100/- penalty per day. Additional services like meals must be paid separately.
• Security Lock your room and main entrance properly when leaving. Loss of keys must be reported immediately; replacement charges apply.
• Refund Policy No refund for early departure unless agreed upon. If approved, the refund will be processed within one week.
• Termination of Stay Severe violations (e.g., property damage, illegal activities) can result in immediate eviction with a 2-day notice
• Garbage Disposal Dispose garbage in designated areas and follow recycling guidelines
• Notice for Vacating One-month advance notice is required before vacating. Failing which, the rent for the notice period will be applicable.

These rules ensure a peaceful and secure living environment for everyone.
